||
- **Goal:** execute the reviewed implementation plan `plans/2026-07-01-native-surfaces-migration.md` (content repo) — 9 tasks in §7.1 rung-4 order (registry → baseline router → QuickDiff/diff surface → gate all surfaces → EditFlow extraction → comment loop → built-in-preview annotations → sunset review webview → full-loop E2E + real-SDK smoke) — and ship via §9 (no deploy pipeline: VS Code extension, no flotilla; done = merged to main + tests green).

- **Isolation:** running in worktree `.claude/worktrees/session-native-surfaces-exec` (branch `session-0065`) — sessions 0061/0062/0063 are live-concurrent and 0062 occupies the primary checkout.

- Approved deliberate changes carried by the plan: INV-18 retirement (no machine-landing baseline advance); D15 deferred as issue #69.
