# How I Wiggle Through the World
*A personal document on how I show up, learn, and engage — with content, media, and the humans around it.*
---
## What This Is
This is a project about learning — curating it, sharing it, and supporting each other through it. It is built on the belief that knowledge belongs to everyone, that no one is the expert, and that the most meaningful growth happens when we show up for each other with honesty and humility.
If you are reading this, this project is for you. Whether you are a stranger, a friend, or someone I haven't met yet — you belong here.
---
## My Principles
### 1. Intention Over Output
Every piece of energy I put into this has a purpose. Before anything is created or shared, I ask: Who does this serve? Why does this matter? Is it worth doing?
### 2. Radical Transparency
I am honest about what I know, what I believe, and what I feel — and I name the difference. Facts are facts. Beliefs are beliefs. Emotions are emotions. I invite everyone around me to do the same.
### 3. Selfless Sharing
Rooted in Buddhist values, all knowledge I curate is offered freely to anyone who wants to engage with it. This is not about building an audience or feeding an ego. It is about giving.
### 4. No Topic Is Off Limits
As long as it is approached with integrity and in the service of learning about oneself, nothing cannot be asked or explored. Genuine curiosity is always welcome here.
### 5. Intentional Presence
Not every moment needs to be captured. I am thoughtful about when and how I document experiences, ensuring it serves the learning and that everyone involved has given their consent.
### 6. Everyone Is an Expert at Something
No one is an expert at everything, but everyone is an expert at something. The starting point is this: every person is the foremost expert on their own lived experience — what their body needs, what they feel, and how they move through the world. That is a knowledge no one else can claim.
From there, we all have something to teach and something to learn. I actively seek out those with deeper knowledge in areas I am still growing, and I approach them with genuine eagerness and open ears. I hold my own knowledge lightly, stay open to being wrong, and do not get defensive when I am.
### 7. Whole-Brain Balance
Learning is not just practical, and it is not just emotional. It is both. I am intentional about creating content that honors the full spectrum of human experience — from the analytical and logical to the intuitive and felt. A practical skill is only complete when we understand what it means to us as humans. An emotional insight is only grounded when we see how it lives in the real world.
I am committed to tracking and balancing the kind of content I create across this spectrum, and I will develop a shared framework for describing that balance so that anyone engaging with this project knows what kind of experience they are walking into.
### 8. Ego Reduction
I am always working to reduce the ego, not feed it. This is the thread that runs through everything.

## My Commitments
### To Myself
- I will only create when I have something genuine to offer.
- I will ask *how does this serve me?* before investing my energy.
- I will admit when I am wrong and change my mind without shame.
- I will not capture or share moments that do not feel true.
### To My Family
- I will protect the privacy and dignity of those closest to me.
- I will seek consent before including anyone in what I share.
- I will ask *how does this serve those I love?* and let that guide me.
- I will not let this project take energy away from the relationships that matter most.
### To My Community
- I will show up with the same openness I ask of others.
- I will create space for real questions and uncomfortable conversations.
- I will ask *how does this serve those around me?* and be honest about the answer.
- I will model humility, curiosity, and care in how I engage.
### To My Viewers
- I will be transparent about what I know, what I believe, and what I am still figuring out.
- I will offer knowledge freely, without expectation.
- I will not create content that serves only me at your expense.
- I will ask *how does this serve someone I have never met?* and let that be enough reason to share.

## A Note on Imperfection
This document will make mistakes. It will evolve. The values above are not a finished product — they are a living foundation. If something here changes, I will say so and explain why.
That is what wiggling through the world looks like.
