The output file (wiggleverse-vision.md) and the resulting commit
both belong in this repo, so the next session's cwd should be
benstull/. Also switches the memory-file references to absolute
paths, since the OHM/Wiggleverse memory is anchored to the rfc-app
project and won't auto-load from this cwd.

Sets up the Vision / MVP / Org doc structure that will live in
benstull/docs/, names the dependency direction from Ben's vision
through OHM RFCs to Wiggleverse Org product code, and includes a
self-contained kickoff prompt for the next session (Doc 1, the
vision doc itself).
