Investigated the macOS Automation/Apple-Events trigger (Explore): the extension's own source has no AppleScript/osascript/automation calls; the probable origin is @cline/sdk/@cline/core during agent activation (likely local Claude Code hub-discovery), which falls back gracefully when denied — matching "works fine when declined." Framed as a lead, not a settled root cause.
