feat(f6): contribute toggleDiffView + pinDiffBaseline commands + ctrl+alt+d (SLICE-3)

F6 §5/§6.4. Palette-visible commands; ctrl+alt+d (when editorTextFocus),
unbound in stock VS Code, user-remappable.
